Made from 100% certified organically grown sugarcane. It is unprocessed, unrefined. This product is well known from ancient Vedic times in India. Its medicinal properties have made it prominent in Ayurveda. It is used from times immemorial to modern day for curing various ailments.

Organic, Natural chemical-free Sweetener:
Jaggery organic unrefined sugarcane juice. The juice after extraction and removal of external impurities is slowly cooked on a low flame, (< 90 degrees C) until it reaches soft pulpy caramel perfection, it hence retains all the vitamins, minerals and fiber. In addition, all the polyphenols and flavonoids are kept intact giving jaggery its medicinal properties.
